The original purveyor of  Cairo club cool, when 35 first flung open its doors in 2004, it set a new  standard for wining, dining and dancing in the city. Situated on the ground floor of the luxury residential, hotel and shopping complex 'The  First Place',  this sleek, sexy and sophisticated locale is part fusion  restaurant (think French cuisine with Japanese influences), part  bustling bar (with one of the most comprehensive wine and liquor lists in the  country) and part nightclub. And even though there's never been a dedicated  dance floor, that's never stopped the crowds from letting loose. Especially on  one of those extra special nights when some hot international DJ has flown  in especially for our partying pleasure.
